Items to Bring: Guests will need to bring swimwear, clothes and trainers for the gym.

Health Check: any member of a party are currently pregnant, had surgery within 6 months, suffering from a medical condition or has/had cancer or chemotherapy in the past 5 years please let us know prior to the spa day as this may affect the choice of treatments.

Lateness: If the guest is late, this can result in treatments being missed or shortened.

Arrival: We ask that the guest will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the first treatment is due to start. This will allow you to complete your consultation and change should you need to.

If booking on behalf of a group, please ensure each member of the group is aware of the importance of prompt arrival and they know the timings for the day, This will ensure your day can run as smoothly as possible.
